Here's how shopping with us works:
To purchase an item comment SOLD, size you want or personalization information. Each item description will tell you in detail what info we need. Then be sure to click the Soldsie link at the bottom of the description. This is how we'll send you an invoice. Sales tax will be applied to all orders within the state of Tennessee.
All invoices need to be paid within 24 hours of purchase. Items will ship after payment has cleared. If you see that your comment has been "liked" an invoice has been sent and you should be on the look out for it.
Personalized items are non refundable. Non personalized items will be accepted for returns up to 14 days from the date of shipping. A refund will be given once we have received the item back.
